Give yourself the kindness you need

You probably want to make the world a better place in some way.

It might be through the projects you’re working on, the way you show up for loved ones or those you work with, or just being the best partner, parent, or practitioner you can be.

And let’s face it: that shit’s TOUGH.

We’ve all done the “self-work'' on ourselves, AND we all still have days when we feel overwhelmed, defeated, lost, or dejected - when your inner critic has a megaphone, blasting in your ear.

"I recently experienced An Hour of Kindness with Anya and I can't tell you how beneficial it was even in just the 60 minutes we had.

I didn't know where to start with the issue I wanted to talk about, but with Anya's gentle guidance, I was able to explore and get new perspectives.

And while Anya was never directive, her empathy and intuition allowed for her to share insightful ideas and suggestions, which really hit the spot.

And after the hour of kindness, I felt released, energized, and just way more connected to myself. So thank you, Anya"

What to expect

We’ll spend an hour together via Zoom. Chat things over.

And I’ll be here to offer the kind of gentle reassurance and guidance that we all need sometimes.

You know, just reminding you that you’re doing the best you can right now, that what you’re feeling is completely understandable, and that you’re not alone.

It’s not therapy, it’s not counselling. There may be some coaching, but it’s more about reflective company that helps you to see yourself more clearly.

I might come up with some ideas or solutions, but mainly I’ll nudge you to be a little kinder to yourself and to remember that you’re only human.

Because we all need that kind of balm for the soul sometimes.

"When I started the call I was a bit tired and a little annoyed from having back to back meetings for several hours straight. But when I left the call I was feeling really relaxed.

I didn’t realize there was so much I wanted to share and have someone listen to.

Anya provided a gentle, welcoming, completely non-judgmental space that invited me to describe what I am experiencing in this moment in my life and work in a new way. I started to get more clarity. I started to relax. I started to see reasons behind how I was feeling and some judgement and tension fell away. I started to see a path forward.

By the end I felt much more resourced to be in the situation I am in and be on the path that is right for me."
